Achieve More with a Coach


Most people don’t give up their goals because they aren’t working hard enough. It’s normally because their training never changes. Same weights. Same runs. Same effort. Week after week. At first, it feels productive with all the sweaty sessions and laying on the floor after every single workout because you absolutely went 100% in. You keep showing up, but slowly, progress stalls. Paces stop improving, strength levels stay the same, niggles creep in, and yes, that's where the frustration follows.
This is where progressive fitness coaching changes things. When we look at progression, we look at adding the right stress at the right time which will over time, allow your training to evolve.
Early phases might focus on aerobic base, movement quality, and structural strength before moving into threshold pace work, Hybrid conditioning and compromised strength. If we’re looking at any kind of race, we then really dial it in into the specific intensity work for that event, along with pacing strategy and that in turn, builds confidence. So as you can see, each phase has a purpose.
Without progression, training becomes too random and too varied. With progressions and structure, training becomes more about moving forward. You start to understand why you’re doing each session. You appreciate the recovery side of the training instead of worrying that you should still be doing more. You stop redlining all of your sessions and start adapting to the hard days and then easy days. Patience, intelligence, and progressive overload; that’s the difference between working out and training with goals. When you have a purpose, you are creating more opportunity for results that last.
